1. Processing & Production Time: Because we operate on a mindful, custom print-on-demand model to avoid textile waste, your garments are printed fresh upon order confirmation.

Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for printing, quality checks, and packaging.
Handcrafted Precision: This ensures that your 180 GSM heavy-gauge tees arrive with crisp, unblemished graphic lines.

2. Delivery Timelines: Once dispatched from our domestic print hubs, estimated delivery timelines depend on your location:

Tier 1 Cities / Metro Areas (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 3 to 5 business days post-dispatch.
Rest of India (Tier 2/Tier 3 Cities): 5 to 8 business days post-dispatch.
Tracking: A tracking link via our logistics partners will be automatically sent to your registered email address and phone number as soon as your package ships.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Order Verification: To maintain sustainable pricing and combat logistics fraud, all Cash on Delivery orders undergo a mandatory verification step. * Verification Window: After placing a COD order, you will receive an automated confirmation link via WhatsApp or SMS.
